How to Fix Camera Not Working Problem with iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus

If your iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus camera is not working, there are some basic troubleshooting techniques you can try before you give up and sell it on Craigslist for $20. Your iPhone has a great camera, but if it isn’t working properly then you are going to be frustrated and want to get it fixed.

The first thing to try is to reset your smartphone, as it’s possible a software problem is making your camera not work. Press and hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time until the phone turns off. Then turn it back on with the power button.

If that didn’t solve the problem, the next step is to try clearing the cache partition. Select Settings > General > iPhone Storage. Then select Manage Storage. After that tap an item in Documents and Data. Then slide unwanted items to the left and tap Delete. Finally, tap Edit > Delete All to remove all the app’s data.

After trying the above steps, if your camera is still not working, contact your retailer or Apple and get the phone serviced or replaced.
