Grab Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for Free Until December 18th

Christmas just arrived early for Assassin’s Creed fans. Ubisoft is giving away the 2013 hit Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for free from today until next Monday, December 18th. The free copy is for the PC only (sorry console fans) and requires registering with Ubisoft’s free Uplay service (similar to Steam or Origin for those unfamiliar with it).

Interested gamers just need to visit the giveaway’s website to register or log into their existing Uplay account before 10:00 a.m. UTC on December 18th, after which the price will revert to the standard $19.99.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is one of the highest rated titles in the franchise, taking players to the 18th century Caribbean and giving them command of a sailing ship during the Golden Age of Piracy. At four years old, the game still offers great graphics, gameplay, and one of the better Assassin’s Creed storylines. Be sure to check it out while it’s still free!
