There are other times when putting a child in front of a screen for a little while is well worth it, I’m sure you can think of a few. That’s why I put this page together of some of the best no-WiFi required children’s games on Android to keep your child occupied for a while. That’s right you can set them playing these without an internet connection.

Whether it’s a road trip, a waiting room, on the bus or train or something else, the challenge of keeping a child entertained has been something we have all had to contend with. LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin

LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is a Lego game that builds on the huge popularity of the brand and its many, many games. All of the Lego games are well worth loading onto your child’s device but this one stands out. Ninjas are cool, the game includes exploration, ties into the Ninjago TV series and includes vehicles, environments and gameplay that appeals to children.

All of the fun in LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is child-friendly and the game is fine for children aged 7 and up.
