How to Turn Off Emergency Weather Alerts on the Galaxy J7
The way that you can control the emergency and weather alerts on the Samsung J7 is by going to the text messaging application called “Messaging”. Once you get to the Messaging app, follow these steps:
- Select the three dots in the top right corner, which is the menu button.
- Go to Settings.
- Browse and select Emergency Alerts.
- Uncheck the boxes that you don’t want to get alerts from.
If you want to turn the alerts back ON, just follow the instructions above and recheck the boxes you want to get alerts and notifications from.
