How To Fix LG V30 Turns OFF Randomly

Factory Reset LG V30
One method you can try in fixing the LG V30 is to perform a factory reset on the smartphone.
- Be sure to back up all data prior to performing the Factory Reset
- Select Settings > General >Backup & reset
- Next steps choose to either clear or select both of the following options:
- Back up my data
- Automatic restore
- Select “Backup Account” > “Factory Data Reset” > “Reset Phone” > “Delete All” > “Reset”
Clear cache on LG V30
Once you have performed a factory reset on the LG V30, it’s highly suggested that you wipe the cache partition of the smartphone. First, make sure that your LG V30 is turned off and then hold down the Power, Volume up, and Home buttons simultaneously. After a short while, the LG logo appears with a blue recovery text located the top. When that happens, let go of the buttons. In the Recovery menu, use the Volume down button to go to the wipe cache partition option then press Power the button to select it. When that is finished, use the Volume buttons to highlight reboot system now and Power to select it.
