How To Fix LG V30 Turns OFF Randomly

As LG’s flagship smartphone of 2017, the LG V30 is arguably the best phone available in the market today. Unfortunately, it is nowhere near perfect, as come have experienced that the LG V30 turns off randomly for no apparent reason.

This can be a major hassle as it will cause unwanted delays and hindrances when you use your for business or social reasons. Factory Reset LG V30

One method you can try in fixing the LG V30 is to perform a factory reset on the smartphone.

1. Be sure to back up all data prior to performing the Factory Reset
2. Select Settings > General >Backup & reset
3. Next steps choose to either clear or select both of the following options:
   • Back up my data
   • Automatic restore
4. Select “Backup Account” > “Factory Data Reset” > “Reset Phone” > “Delete All” > “Reset”

Clear cache on LG V30

Once  you have performed a factory reset on the LG V30, it’s highly suggested that you wipe the cache partition of the smartphone. First, make sure that  your LG V30 is turned off and then hold down the Power, Volume up, and Home buttons simultaneously. After a short while, the LG logo appears with a blue recovery text located the top. When that happens, let go of the buttons. In the Recovery menu, use the Volume down button to go to the wipe cache partition option then press Power the button to select it. When that is finished, use the Volume buttons to highlight reboot system now and Power to select it.

If the issue still persists after trying all those fixes, the next course of action is to see if your LG V30 is still under warranty. If your LG V30 is still under warranty, then it can be replaced with a brand new one without any issue at all.
