How to Leave a Slack Workspace

Click on your profile picture on the top right and select Profile.

Under Settings, scroll down until you reach Deactivate account.
Click Deactivate your account.
Type in your password and click Confirm password.
Click Yes, deactivate my account.

On mobile, you can find Account settings by tapping your profile photo > Preferences > Advanced.
