How To Turn ON Keyboard Tones On iPhone 8 And iPhone 8 Plus

When enabling the key click sound effects on your iPhone, you can permanently make changes of the clicking sound through a settings change, or if you want to temporarily edit it, you can use a quicker option to turn on clicking sounds on.

This works to enable the keyboard click sounds on on the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus:

1. Open the “Settings” app on your iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus and choose “Sounds”
2. Scroll all the way to to the bottom and find “Keyboard Clicks” flip that switch to the “ON” position
3. Exit out of Settings

 
These changes will instantly happen and allow to turn on the clicking sounds on your iPhone 8 or iPhone 8 Plus. You can go to any app that you would type and normally hear the click sounds.
If you want to clicking sounds to not make noise again, you can go back into the Settings > Sound and toggling the Keyboard Clicks switch back OFF will make the click on tap sounds appear again.
