While others have also suggested that the Galaxy J7 texts messages not sending to iPhone users. There is two different issues that are part of the problem when your J7 is not getting text messages.

The first is when the Samsung J7 can’t receive texts or SMS on your J7 from someone that sends a text from an iPhone like an iMessage. Another problem is that the J7 text messages not sending or SMS to someone who uses a non-Apple phone such as Windows, Android, Blackberry as the messages are sent as iMessage.

These two problems are commonly faced on the Samsung Galaxy J7 if you had used iMessage on your iPhone and then you have transferred your sim card to a J7. For those that forgot to deactivate iMessage before using the sim card on Galaxy J7, other iOS device users will still try to use iMessage in order to text you. The good news is that we’ll explain below how to fix the Samsung Galaxy J7 not getting texts.
