Samsung Galaxy S8 And Galaxy S8 Plus: Email Stuck In Outbox – Resend
The default email app of your Samsung Galaxy S8 is usually pretty stable. Some users complain of some problems, every now and then, but there’s nothing that cannot be generally fixed with ease. One of those problems is the email stuck in outbox, the email that doesn’t want to leave your account and reach the destination.
Best case scenario, it’s the internet connection causing this problem. You could wait until the app detects a stronger signal, synchronizes and sends your message away, or you could speed up the process by manually sending the email out of the… outbox.
All you have to do for the latter option is to:
- Launch the email app of your Galaxy S8 smartphone;
- Tap on the Inbox menu from the upper left corner;
- Tap on the Outbox menu;
- You should see the stuck email listed in there;
- Long press on this email;
- Tap on the MORE button from the upper right corner;
- Hit the Send button.
This time, your Samsung Galaxy S8 device should send the email, provided you do have an internet connection active. From now on, whenever you will encounter similar problems, you will know how to manually clear the Outbox menu.
